The Student Centre teamed up with the University of Windsor Fashion Club and Freeds of Windsor to bring a fashion show and pop up shop to campus.
The event started at 12pm with appetizers for everyone to enjoy. The MCs for the event were Ari Freed of Freeds and Sandra Riccio-Muglia, Director of Student Events and Programming for the Student Centre. Tofunmi Adebise, who was the UWSA VP Student Services in 2015-2016, was the first to walk the catwalk as a representative of the University of Windsor Fashion Club. Then other members of the club followed bearing awesome clothes from Freeds. The models even completed the mannequin challenge!
After the show, students and faculty were invited to visit the pop up shop that was set up exclusively for today’s event.
The University of Windsor also posted, “UWindsor falls into fashion with Freeds“.
