How do you plan on facilitating positive work relationships within the UWSA Board, members at large and UWindsor administration?

I plan on facilitating positive work relationships within the UWSA Board, members at large, and UWindsor administration by creating an open and positive environment for everyone to communicate freely and openly. I will ensure that everyone is respected and that their opinions are heard. I will also work to provide channels of communication between the board, members at large, and administration to ensure that everyone is up to date on the latest developments. Finally, I will work to create a culture of collaboration and cooperation between all parties, encouraging everyone to work together to achieve the best results for our students.

Describe the importance of the UWSA in your own words

The UWSA is important because it serves as a voice for students at the University of Windsor. It advocates for students and works to improve their quality of life on campus by advocating for their rights, providing services and programming, and raising awareness about important issues. The UWSA also serves as a bridge between students and the University administration, ensuring that student perspectives are heard and taken into consideration when making important decisions.
