1. Outline your relevant experience for this position

As the second-year representative for the computer science society, I acted as the liaison between the executives and the student body. I brought up and addressed student concerns such as examination methods and mediated between student-professor conflicts.

As the Media Lead for the Google Developer Student Club, I promoted events and maintained open communications with partners, management, and members.

2. What specific initiatives and projects would you undertake related to this role?

I would work to increase transparency and better communication between students and faculty to ease the transition to in-person. A project that would aid this is to increase the quality of promotions and marketing to bring key information to the students. This way students will be able to navigate through their university experience while having fun.

3. How do you plan on facilitating positive work relationships within the UWSA Board, members at large and UWindsor administration?

I would facilitate positive work by focusing on setting clear expectations, robust communication, and an inclusive environment. These simple actions can result in a positive shift for students and faculty alike.

4. Describe the importance of the UWSA in your own words

The UWSA is important because it gives a voice and representation to students regarding their university experience. This enables students to bring up concerns regarding a variety of topics such as classes, extracurriculars, benefits, and more.
