1. Outline your relevant experience for this position

I have sat on a few different exec teams for clubs on campus and I believe that with my past experiences regarding that I can excel in the duties for this position.

2. What specific initiatives and projects would you undertake related to this role?

I intend to be there for all the students in my faculty as a voice between them and the UWSA.

3. How do you plan on facilitating positive work relationships within the UWSA Board, members at large and UWindsor administration?

I intend to be approachable, letting my personality shine through in my work and relationships, professional, organized with my tasks, prioritizing my attendance and presence in conversations during large meetings, and constantly keeping in mind the viewpoint of students and I think we can improve. I believe that developing personal connections is essential, so I will make an effort to assist other committees and members with their tasks so that UWSA as a whole is prepared to assist our campus community.

4. Describe the importance of the UWSA in your own words

The UWSA provides students with a sense of community and support, a platform for advocacy and activism, and an opportunity to work collaboratively on projects and initiatives.
