UWSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022

The UWSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be taking place April 25th, 2022, at 5pm online on Microsoft Teams. This meeting is crucial to review UWSA’s business with its membership, as well as to make amendments to the by-laws and polices of the organization. To attend, please read the information below carefully.

How to Attend

UWSA members, as defined by the UWSA By-Laws, can attend the AGM. To do so, they must register by no later than 5pm on April 23rd, 2022 via this Microsoft Form. Log-in using your UWindsor credentials is required. Only those UWSA members that submit this form will receive the meeting link to their UWindsor email address. 

How to submit member proposals/motions

The submission period for member proposals/motions is from April 1st, 2022, until April 15th, 2022. Member proposals/motions must be submitted via this Microsoft Form. Log-in using your UWindsor credentials is required. This form is different than the one linked to above. 

Invite to attend

All UWSA members that attend the entire AGM (from call-to-order to adjournment) will receive a $25.00 gift card which will be distributed within the following days once the meeting is over.
