This is the second notice to the UWSA membership, full-time undergraduate students, that the 2021 Annual General Meeting agenda is now available for viewing here.
Members who cannot attend but are interested can send a member to vote on their behalf, referred to as a proxy. The proxy form is available now here.
If you plan on attending the AGM yourself, do not complete the Proxy form and instead complete the registration form. If you do not plan on attending the AGM yourself, please only complete the Proxy form and no other form.
Please note that your designated proxyholder must register for the AGM by the same deadline on the registration form, which is a separate form from the Proxy form.
