Having an event On-Campus?

Filling and submitting an On-Campus event form is as easy as 1–2-3.

  1. Decide what kind of event your group wants to hold, where, and when
  2. Fill out & Submit the On-Campus event form below:

  3. Once submitted, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval of your event & to pick up your event confirmation slip in the UWSA office.

Once you have received your confirmation slip you are ready to make your booking!

FAQ in regards to event forms.

Do I need an event form?

YES. It is mandatory that all Student Groups fill out and complete an event form for all of there events.

What do you do once you have received your event confirmation slip?

Is your event in the CAW Student Centre?

If so, please contact Dolly Digou at the information desk or call extension 7049 to make bookings

Is your event anywhere else on Campus other than the CAW Student Centre?

If so, please visit Ann Devine Fantin in Catering Services in Vanier Hall or call her extension 3277.

Would you like sound equipment for your event?

If so, please visit Todd Shearon at the UWSA office or call him at extension 3230. Todd can help you with all of your sound bookings and help you to arrange your event.

Do I need an event confirmation slip to put up posters?

YES. In the CAW centre it is mandatory for all posters to be stamped for approval upon posting. Provide the front desk staff with your event confirmation slip and you will be able to have your event posters stamped!
